At the Weald of Kent we use the Bridgemate System for our real time scoring.

The Bridgemate is a wireless scoring system consisting of table-top terminals at which players enter their player numbers and each board's results. A central receiver connects to our computer for picking up scores from the Bridgemates and transferring them to the scoring program. Wireless radio-transmission is used to transmit the data.
The Bridgemate then shows percentage for the board just played and an overview of other results on the board (similar to a traveller).
